I take a lot of pride in the images I provide for my clients. I strive to show the space while creating and capturing a mood. I use professional digital equipment and am always learning new techniques and processes to achieve the best results. The statistics prove good photography will create more foot traffic and sell homes. You only have one chance to make your best first impression.

Proper preparation prior to photo shoots is also a must and if professional staging is not possible, then homeowners and agents need to work together and get the home in shape. 

Travel fees may apply for areas outside of a 50 mile radius and will be quoted during scheduling.

Photography pricing is determined by square footage (including finished basements) and is as follows:

Photography

      Up to 1,500 square feet - $175

      1,501-2,500 square feet - $225

      2,501-4,000 square feet - $275

      4,001-6,000 square feet - $350

      6,001-9,000 square feet - $450

      Greater than 9,000 square feet - call for quote

Options

Neighborhood shots at the time of the home photo shoot - $75

All condos include building exterior and lobby. Extra building amenities - $50

      Without soundtrack - $95

      With soundtrack - $125

Videography

Video of your home is accomplished by recording “clips” of each room and assembling these clips into a video. Music can be added to the video as an option. The finished video can be uploaded to my website, uploaded to a YouTube location, and/or provided as a download to you so that you can post it on the web.
